If you have any queries about a booking you have made or perhaps you need a bit more information before you book, please don't hesitate to call us: 01603 713430 or email us

We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions below to help you.

How many people can you carry?

Serenity Charter is licensed by the Broads Authority to carry up to 9 clients.

Where are you based?

We're based at Wroxham, right next door to the "Hotel Wroxham".

Do we drive the boat ourselves?

No, your luxury cruise comes with a fully qualified personal Skipper. The Skipper will take care of mooring and other river hazards.

How do we pay for our luxury cruise?

The quickest and easiest way is to make an online BACS transfer (we will supply you our bank details when you book).

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, you are most welcome to bring additional drinks and food if you wish.

What happens if it rains?

Whilst Serenity looks at her best in the sun with her canopy folded away, don't worry though if the weather's not so kind. If needed, the front, rear, or full canopy offers full protection from anything that Mother Nature can throw at us! The heated galley interior offers further seating and a flat-screen TV/DVD player to keep children warm and entertained.

What should we wear?

There is no restriction on what you can wear. Ideally something loose enough for you to move around easily if you intend to move to the bow (front) of the boat. For your safety and to prevent damage to the boat, it is essential to wear flat shoes. Heels will not be permitted on the boat.

Do you have life jackets?

Yes, we carry life jackets on board. We recommend wearing one when moving to the bow (front) of the boat. Life jackets are not needed whilst you are sat on the deck as there is no risk of falling.

Can we bring children?

Absolutely. They will be perfectly safe on the deck. The steps down to the main galley are steep so children should not be left unattended. There is a TV/DVD in the heated galley area to keep children amused, feel free to bring their favorite DVD with you. We do respectfully ask parents to not allow children to stand with outdoor shoes on the seats.

Is access to the boat simple?

Yes, to access the boat it is just a simple step off the marina quay onto the boat. The water level does rise/lower with the tide slightly but never enough to make entry/exit from the boat a problem.
